John Folsom of the Northern Vermont University-Johnson men’s tennis team was named the North Atlantic Conference Men’s Tennis Player of the Week on Monday, March 11.
John Folsom (Califon, N.J.) was strong this past weekend against MCLA, in the first men’s tennis match of 2019 for the Badgers. Folsom collected both points for NVU-Johnson, winning at first-doubles with Austin Walters, and also in his singles match. Folsom and Walters came away with an 8-5 win, and then Folsom took two straight sets (6-1, 7-5) for the win at No. 2 singles.
